A new curriculum is required to benefit the underprivileged youths - helping them in acquiring communicative and spoken English, and soft skills. The curriculum has to be developed with our partners, krishworks, an IIM Calcutta Incubated Company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop the youth curriculum modules and conduct field trials on the target customers for the modules
2. Design, test, iterate model of development, wherein a particular model will be designed and developed in the office, followed by an immediate field trail on the target customers to test out the effectiveness, followed by iteration and re-testing, before moving on to the next modules.
3. Visit Mathurapur area in South 24 Parganas to take sessions for the village youths during the trials
Job Location:
1. The intern will be required to work out of Krishworks office at IIM Calcutta campus, Joka - Kolkata during the development phase. Office timings are from 10 AM to 6 PM.
2. The intern will be required to conduct field trials at Mathurapur, South 24 Parganas. The trials may be conducted on weekends, as per the availability of the target customers.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Feb'20 and 20th Mar'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
5. have relevant skills and interests
