About the internship
As a content development (logical reasoning) intern at ANSCER Robotics, you will have the opportunity to harness your expertise in technical writing, English proficiency (written), product research, and content writing to create engaging and informative content for our cutting-edge robotic solutions. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment while making a real impact on the future of robotics.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create Documentation: Develop user manuals, service manuals, and product documentation that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
2. Research: Gather information through product research, interviews with subject matter experts, and hands-on experience with the product.
3. Standardize Content: Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and format across all documents.
4. Edit and Proofread: Review and revise documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
5. Illustrations and Graphics: Collaborate with graphic designers to incorporate diagrams, charts, and images that enhance understanding.
6. Technical Accuracy: Verify the technical accuracy of content through collaboration with engineering and product development teams.
7. Training Materials: Develop training materials and user guides to support product education for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Feedback Incorporation: Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.
