About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms
2. Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging posts aligned with brand aesthetics and values
3. Create visually appealing and on-brand content by doing the product shoots, also do the post-production to create content - graphics, images, and videos
4. Conduct research as per requirement on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to optimize social media strategies
5. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a friendly manner
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement social media campaigns, giveaways, and partnerships
7. Assist in managing influencer collaborations and track their impact on brand awareness and sales
8. Monitor social media analytics and compile regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
9. Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve
10. Assist in setting up e-commerce platform

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated)

2. Strong understanding and passion for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software

4. Familiarity with analytics tools to track social media performance is a plus

5. Looking for someone who can also help in business development / growth

6. Women who want to start/restart their career

7. Should have own camera and laptop
