About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post videos and write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for videos on YouTube and Instagram channels
2. Create creative and engaging content for Internshala's YouTube channels (Internshala and Fresher Jobs)
3. Develop engaging community text and image polls, posters, and quizzes for YouTube community pages
4. Script and plan videos, posts, and YouTube thumbnails, and coordinate with design and video production teams to create them
5. Act in YouTube Shorts, ideate and research scripts, ongoing trends, and music
6. Research, analyze, and write about industry-related topics and trending subjects
7. Innovate and tap into the latest trends continuously to improve the quality of Internshala's YouTube content
8. Analyze growth and insights across different channels and develop strategies to improve engagement rates and other metrics

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has high ownership, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual

2. Is immensely creative and always bubbling up with new ideas

3. Can write compelling copies!

4. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)

5. Has strong proof-reading and editing skills

6. Has an understanding of how to create engaging and attractive content to optimize YouTube channels

7. Has an understanding and knowledge of YouTube/Instagram and its algorithm will be an added advantage

Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
