2. Develop captivating captions and copy for LinkedIn posts that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our thought leadership within the industry.
3. Script compelling video content for YouTube, including video descriptions, titles, and engaging intros/outros to captivate viewers and encourage subscriptions.
4. Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, continuously researching and experimenting with new content formats and strategies to optimize performance.
6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, providing insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in English, communications, marketing, or a related field
2. Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of written English and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different platforms and target audiences.
3. Creativity and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate and inspire audiences
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts is a plus
6. Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva or Adobe Spark, is preferred but not required
