About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning to use and understanding the standard templates
2. Contributing to content development, reviewing and revising the drafts and tools of delivery in tandem with the content development team for quality assurance of the content
3. Reviewing drafts content for punctuation, grammar, spelling; adhering to general standards of business and skill-based writing and learning knowledge resource preparation
4. Ensuring that draft content shared by respective subject matter experts include all required technical sections
5. Making electronic edits to draft content material
6. Conferring with the senior manager and technical experts on technical questions and issues
7. Developing a thorough understanding of the relevant model curriculum (MC) and qualification pack (QP) as per the role
8. Working for the content identification, generation, and copywriting, as applicable, to define the content needs and ensure timeliness of delivery
