Must have competencies:
1. Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in English, excelling in professional writing for both long and short-form content.
2. Communication proficiency encompasses exceptional business writing skills, a strong command of grammar and style, the ability to transform ideas into engaging content, and clear and articulate spoken and written communication
3. Understanding of content platforms and tools like Hubspot, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Analytics and reporting, and keyword research methods.
4. Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with strong initiative, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, consistently taking proactive steps without constant supervision.
5. Quick to understand and absorb qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
Good to have requirements:
1. Industry knowledge: Understanding of B2B SaaS, technology, or data-driven industries, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
2. Graphic design skills: Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visuals for content.
3. Experience with marketing automation tools: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
4. Knowledge of analytics tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush to track content performance.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
