About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create product descriptions for the Firstcry website.
2. Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
3. Produce engaging content tailored to target audiences; basic knowledge of keyword placement is a plus.
4. Verify and ensure images meet website standards when working on product descriptions.
5. Possess basic product knowledge of Mom & kids products.
6. Utilize web formatting tools like HTML to upload PDF manuals for different products.
7. Upload YouTube videos for various products listed on the website.
8. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address customer care issues related to content.
9. Handle customer questions during online shopping experiences.
10. Manage customer reviews and ratings in an e-commerce setting.
11. Understand end-to-end operations of e-commerce, including managing issues with orders rejected at the warehouse level (e.g., due to color/size/age group).
