This is a cross-functional role which requires work with business and creative teams to create/publish content.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Blogging (website + other channels)
2. Identify relevant blog topics based on research and internal priorities
3. Write SEO friendly blogs (keywords will be provided)
4. Work with the creative team to get the right visual assets to support blog content
5. Identify the right channels to publish the blogs based on content and target audience
6. Devise a plan and schedule for daily posts on all channels
7. Work with the business and creative team to create and schedule this content (visual + text)
8. Drive engagement on social media via comments, likes and shares, promotions and programs
9. Identify the right influencers on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
10. Reach out and execute collaborations
11. Ideate on and come up with contests and promotions to create a buzz about the brand, drive traffic to website and store and drive sales
12. Ideate on and execute events such as workshops, pop-ups, meet-ups etc in-store and at other venues

1. Experience of 0-2 Years is a plus
2. Strong grasp on the English language (spoken/written) with a natural flair for writing
3. Prior experience in using social media channels is an advantage
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Attention to detail and execution rigour is a must
6. Should be comfortable in using Google Suite, MS Office and various web applications
7. Candidate should be able to think on their feet
8. Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty and multitasking
9. Should be a hustler who can manage and get things done when needed
10. Should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done yourself on an ongoing basis
11. Undergrad in English, psychology, mass/media communications not a must, but is an advantage
