About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Producing high-quality, clear, accurate, and complete documentation with no errors, within established deadlines
2. Organizing and prioritizing tasks
3. Communicating with the development, QA, UXD, and product management to gather information for a writing assignment

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th Apr'21 and 14th May'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Should have a university degree or college diploma (BA or MA), preferably in English, computer science, technical writing, or instructional design

2. Should have exceptional communication skills (English)

3. Awareness of help authoring tools, such as Arbortext Epic Editor and MadCap Flare

4. Some knowledge of XML and HTML would be helpful

5. Should be willing to learn and grasp technical concepts and follow documentation standards and best practices
