Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per 1000 words).
500 is the fixed pay whether or not the candidate gets assigned some work, and 300 per 1000 words is on top of that 500. For e.g someone writes 20000 words in a month, then he/she will be paid 500+6000 = ₹6500 as the stipend, and if he/she writes 50000 words the same pay will rise to ₹10,500 and so on.
