Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20 per write-up).
Special terms:
a) Selected interns are expected to generate a minimum of 3 hand-coded unique text web pages per day on average for satisfactory completion, i.e. a minimum of 75 articles for the duration of the 1-month internship. Cookie-cutter submissions will not be accepted and their internship will be canceled.
b) There is a rigorous screening test procedure for identifying meritorious short-listed candidates before the internship actually commences and a selection document is issued. This is to ensure that only capable applicants are selected.
