2. Understand the industry requirements and design courses to help students achieve career outcomes
3. Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience
4. Work in a dynamic environment and collaborate between internal & external stakeholders
5. Work closely with senior faculties, freelancers, and industry leaders
