1. All applicants must be enrolled in a college or university media-based program
2. A keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of digital trends and technologies
3. Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
4. An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
5. Demonstrated communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail
6. Should be able to work closely with all other stakeholders as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of your brands are met
7. Should be able to work well under pressure
8. Highly motivated and well organized
9. Should be able to understand other people's point of view, accept and address feedback
10. Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
