Continuous Improvement Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead comprehensive program management for continuous improvement initiatives across various facilities
2. Identify critical paths and levers through data analysis and ensure project completion within predefined timelines
3. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including operations, product, data science, DevOps, commercial, and security, to run projects efficiently and cost-effectively
4. Aggregate resources, knowledge, and technical expertise to provide actionable insights for organizational teams, enabling effective implementation
5. Visit facilities as needed to identify areas requiring process innovation or re-engineering and provide enhancement recommendations
