About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend meetings with the COO and other leaders, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly to relevant stakeholders
2. Track tasks assigned to leaders during meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion
3. Follow up with leaders to provide reminders and updates on pending tasks
4. Maintain an organized system for tracking meeting schedules, agendas, and action items
5. Collaborate with team members to gather information, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between departments
6. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO or other senior leaders
7. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications
