About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop ad campaign themes that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
2. Assist in crafting compelling and persuasive ad copy for various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, and more.
3. Develop engaging scripts for video ads, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
4. Collaborate with the design team to provide input on voiceover requirements and assist in voiceover scriptwriting.
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience insights to inform ad copy development.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ad copy aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
7. Review and provide feedback on ad creatives to ensure copy and design elements work harmoniously to achieve campaign goals.
8. Assist in the optimization of ad copy based on performance data and feedback from campaign managers.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in copywriting and digital advertising to drive continuous improvement.
10. Take the initiative to learn new skills and contribute ideas to enhance ad campaign effectiveness and creativity.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.

2. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.

3. creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a passion for developing engaging narratives and ad campaign themes.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Ability to take direction and constructive feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

7. Interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a desire to learn about copywriting for various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, and more.

8. Familiarity with marketing principles, advertising concepts, and audience segmentation is a plus.
