Corporate Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct sell-side transaction research and analysis
2. Assist in preparing marketing materials and data rooms
3. Reaching out to corporate development heads and investment bankers
4. Facilitate discussions and due diligence

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2. Strong analytical and Excel skills
3. Effective communication and teamwork abilities
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
