About the internship

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify selling possibilities, emerging trends, and evaluate customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
Proactively seek out new sales and growth opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and social media channels.
Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients by setting up meetings, engaging in thoughtful dialogue, and understanding their pain points, wishes, and concerns.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to showcase products, services, and solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide regular performance analysis and reporting, including sales and financial data, offering actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Lead negotiations to close deals, addressing customer objections, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and persistence.
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to align strategies, share knowledge, and collectively achieve stronger results.
Identify, track, and analyze key growth metrics to measure and validate the impact of growth initiatives on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ideate, implement, and optimize data-driven growth strategies and initiatives.
Skill Requirement

0-1 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in fast-growing environments as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Fast learner and passion for sales experience in B2B environment is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
