Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance).
Note: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, candidates will be paid an incentive of Rs. 2000 based on their performance. Here you will be pitching to MNCs like Sodexo, Compass Group, etc. The incentive criteria is the average amount of incentives. It can be more or less depending on the corporate sales work done.
