About the internship
As a corporate story writer, you'll craft and refine the narratives that communicate our company's vision, culture, and achievements. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality content for internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and creativity across all corporate storytelling initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging and impactful corporate stories, including case studies, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and executive communications
2. Develop content that showcases the company's culture, values, and key initiatives, making them relatable to diverse audiences
3. Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and leadership teams to align storytelling with brand messaging and strategic objectives
4. Write clear and persuasive narratives that engage both internal and external stakeholders
5. Conduct interviews and gather insights from key personnel to incorporate authentic voices and experiences into stories
6. Manage and maintain the company's corporate content library to ensure all content is up-to-date and accessible
7. Ensure all written materials maintain a consistent tone, voice, and style that reflects the company's brand identity
8. Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring high standards of quality
9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for corporate storytelling and content creation

Other requirements
1. Professionals with a background in writing, journalism, communications, or a related field are a plus
2. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear, and engaging stories for different audiences
3. Experience in writing corporate content such as blogs, articles, case studies, or press releases
4. Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex information into engaging narratives
5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to gather content and insights
6. Attention to detail with an eye for grammar, tone, and consistency in all written materials
7. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
8. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms is a plus
