4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets timelines and quality standards.
5. Assist in conducting product testing and gathering feedback from focus groups.
6. Stay up to date on industry advancements and competitor activities.
7. Present research findings and recommendations to senior management.

Predominantly, Yasharth is involved in B2B custom manufacturing of personal care and cosmetic products. Working with leading brands right from concept creation to shipping the finished product. The B2C segment has been recently introduced where inhouse D2C brands are being developed. The parent company, Yasham, has more than 25 years of experience in sourcing and distribution of specialty ingredients for the personal care industry in India.
