Sa-Mudra Foundation is a registered charitable organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive and holistic approach towards youth wellness and empowerment. Established in 2008, we have been able to impact the lives of around 1,80,000 people through various initiatives. Over the years, we have been able to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds of society like students, teachers, parents, counselors, trainers NGOs, organizations (public & private), and more in creating a positive impact and striving towards achieving our objectives. We at SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION, through psychosocial interventions and employability enhancement initiatives, seek to aid the youth in dealing with factors like stress, depression, trauma, and other psychological injuries; empower them in overcoming their psychological barriers, and achieve their true potential. We are also committed to creating awareness about suicide prevention and mental health.
