Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Oct'24 and 6th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
1. Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in English, creative writing, journalism, or related fields are preferred.
2. Strong interest in storytelling and preserving family legacies.
3. willingness to travel daily to Chinar Park, Kolkata.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per write-up).
The stipend will be fixed + incentive-based. I will set up 3 deliverable milestones for the intern. Upon completion of each milestone, I will pay them the bonus amount mentioned. Hence, for 2 months, I will pay 10,000 per month. And for 3 milestones, I plan to pay 10,000 per milestone. Total package = 50k.
