CRM Adherence (Operations) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking handover of leads from the BD team over an internal tool.
2. Working on the verification, prioritization, and allocation of leads provided by the BD team to available PMs
3. Allocating chargers in the CTS sheet as per the allocated list
4. Facilitating site survey completion and report sharing on time
5. Ensuring panel requirements are raised in the CTS sheet
6. Facilitating planning of upcoming leads for project allocation as per location
7. Escalating issues to clear the roadblocks due to business development and procurement
8. Facilitating the charger delivery to the location on time
9. Facilitating project activities to make sure the project is on time and the execution is happening as per TAT
10. Focusing on adherence to all the SOPs being followed and standards being matched
11. Facilitating our internal tools usage and correcting data that has been entered into the tool on time
