Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Apr'24 and 30th May'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months

1. Hold a degree or are a student member of ICSI, or are a semi-qualified CS
2. Possess good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and are familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules, and regulations of regulatory bodies
3. Have good computer skills, with experience or knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage
4. Demonstrate attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
5. Have a good command of both spoken and written English
6. Are independent and able to work under pressure
