CSR Coordination Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining and updating hard copy/soft copy of NGO documents, requests, and support, payments, compliance documentation (2% CSR, MOUs, 80 G, and U/C)
2. Getting testimonials, documentation, consent letters, updating volunteering details, certificate printing, etc.
3. Working on PO/payments by raising a purchase order and maintaining records
4. Tracking all payments and donations, receipts and paperwork, managing vendors
5. Working on events and coordination support
6. Designing basic templates such as posters, banners, templates, art designs, prop designs, other creative for each initiative/event
7. Making ppts AV/video and basic in-house AV s from presentations for all internal CSR and sustainability events, and updating all ppts for the department
