Corporate Social Responsibility Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct needs assessments in communities near the factory to identify potential CSR initiatives that align with company policies.
2. Collaborate with the plant head, HR head, and other key stakeholders to understand the company's goals and priorities.
3. Research and document socio-economic challenges in the local community, focusing on areas like education, health, environment, and skill development.
4. Prepare project proposals based on identified needs and feasibility studies.
5. Build relationships with local government bodies, district administration, and NGOs.
6. Partner with institutions such as schools, hospitals, and self-help groups to align community needs with CSR objectives.
7. Participate in meetings with plant heads, HR, and community leaders to discuss project ideas and gather feedback.
8. Collect baseline data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for proposed projects.
9. Maintain documentation and report findings in line with company standards.
10. Assist with additional CSR tasks as assigned by the department.
