About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist chefs in food preparation, focusing on chopping, cutting, and other prep tasks
2. Follow written recipes and food flowcharts to prepare dishes
3. Prepare a specific number of meals within a set time frame
4. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
5. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure hygiene standards are met
6. Work independently to handle specific prep tasks
7. Collaborate with the kitchen team to troubleshoot and innovate

Other requirements

1. Handling kitchen equipment: Must know how to safely use an OTG, gas range, and other basic kitchen equipment.

2. Attention to cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Available for full-time internship in Thane West, Mumbai.

4. Comfortable working long hours and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

5. Candidates with culinary or relevant food preparation experience are preferred.
