About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage and individually manage a large volume portfolio of education customer accounts
2. Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their workflow processes and business challenges to create a business requirements document and project plan in regard to the successful implementation
3. Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of LeadSquared s product suite for each customer account
4. Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunities, strategic value, and renewal timeframe
5. Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles, and recommended plan of action
6. Work collaboratively with various internal teams/individuals for the best interest of the customer (engineering, sales, etc.)
7. Work on upsell and cross-sell
8. Work on churn control

Added requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry

2. Extensive technical account management & customer engagement experience

3. Must have had hands-on working knowledge of implementation experience with any of the business applications

4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
