About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Handle walk-in inquiries and support customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep
2. Provide customer service and orientation
3. Cross-sell products within the branch
4. Make interest collection calls, inform customers about updates, and perform backend tasks at the branch
5. Prospect and identify new leads, pitching financial products to clients
6. Manage customer relationships and provide client service to existing customers
7. Make 100+ telecalls daily to pitch gold loans to potential customers
8. Generate gold loan leads by contacting inactive branch customers and open-market prospects, ensuring conversions
9. Coordinate with branch staff and managers to close deals
10. Supervise daily operations in the customer service department
Requirements:
1. Any graduate (male or female) from the 2020-2024 batch from a regular college
2. Strong communication and convincing skills
3. Presentable with basic computer knowledge
4. Positions available across all Muthoot branches in South India near the candidate's residence
