About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or WhatsApp chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
4. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance 5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
6. Inform customers about new product launches & services
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
8. Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
