Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to Ayuvya products and services
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Ayuvya's product range and stay updated on new products and promotions
4. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions
5. Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer support team members and departments to ensure seamless service and support
7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

1. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
3. Excellent written communication skills.

6. Proficient in using chat support software and other customer service tools.
