As a Customer Experience Intern at Abhiman Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless user experience for our app users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support and promptly and professionally address user queries, concerns, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to User Queries: Provide prompt and courteous responses to user inquiries via email.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
3. User Engagement: Proactively engage with users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and resolutions systematically.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and user-centric product improvements.
6. Review Management: Respond to reviews on platforms like Playstore and others to address user concerns and provide valuable information.
7. Push Notification Creation: Develop engaging push notifications to encourage user interaction and retention.
8. Social Media Content Calendar: Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence on various platforms.
