3. Issue reporting: Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance
4. Continuous improvement: Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services that can enhance the customer experience
