Customer Experience Internship

About the internship

Bare Anatomy is looking for an intern to deliver a world-class customer experience directly to our customers while helping to improve the behind-the-scenes operations of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of all interactions with our customers and build a lasting relationship with them.

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the voice of Bare Anatomy by delivering a world-class customer experience over email communication as well as phone, social media and live chat
2. Track trends in customer feedback, analyze and report them to internal stakeholders, and propose and implement creative solutions to address customer needs
3. Become an expert on Bare Anatomy s products and serve as a proud brand ambassador
4. Work collaboratively with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to incorporate customer feedback into all aspects of the business
