About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle escalated customer complaints via phone and email.
2. Investigate customer issues and determine the root cause of problems.
3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer grievances promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and their resolutions.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
6. Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to prevent future complaints.
7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
8. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
10. Maintain the MIS for complaint management and send daily reports to management.

Other requirements

1. Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2. Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

4. Maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with upset customers.

5. Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

6. Show the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

8. Have prior experience in customer service or a related field (a plus).
