About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and execute monthly/quarterly calendars for visibility at the brand level, area level, and other relevant cuts
2. Engage with the sales team for visibility execution
3. Work on POSM (point of sale material) management at depos
4. Work on layout design at store level and manage its implementations
5. Coordinate with agency partners for detailers to be implemented in multiple channels (eg. Rx, OTC)
6. Work on capability development of last-mile feet on street ISRs (interim sales representative), improving on the sample display

1. Clear on the concept of marketing with focus on layout designs for enhanced visibility

2. Has fair understanding of FMCG, OTC sales operations

3. Good at communication, proficient in Excel and PPT
