Customer Relationship Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering customer care calls and resolving buyer queries
2. Creating tickets on CRM and closing them timely
3. Calling up customers whose orders have been delayed in transit and keeping them informed
4. Following up with courier companies and getting shipments delivered extensively
5. Servicing customer queries over Email, Facebook, CRM, and any other platform
6. Reconciling payments from courier companies and issuing refunds if applicable
7. Following up with customers and asking them to complete their purchase
8. Calling up customers and asking them for their feedback and giving them feedback links
9. Responding to negative customer comments online and managing reputation
10. Working closely with the team to identify common issues and build permanent solutions
