About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
3. Assist with day to day reporting and execution of campaigns across channels like SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-app marketing channels
4. Analyze and prepare reports for campaigns performance
5. Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
6. Perform the other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on attention to detail
5. Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Earn certifications in these skills
