Customer Relationship Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers
2. Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services, build relationships, drive repeat and improve Long Term Value (LTV) of the consumer
3. Manage our consumer service platforms LiveChat, emails, social media, phone calls, etc.
4. Serve as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate with the rest of the team
5. Reach out to existing customers to understand their experience with the product and how we can serve them better
6. Brainstorm creative ways to serve consumers better
7. Engage with our customer marketing team to brainstorm ideas (e.g. email marketing campaigns and other engagement tactics)
8. Track relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
9. Help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers
