Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
2. Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
3. Maintain public relationships via interpersonal skills & other tools
4. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
5. Identify target areas for prospective business
6. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers both online & offline
7. Develop strong customer relations ensuring excellent, longer, and consistent business through customer retention
8. Attend client's queries received through walk-ins, emails, and/or telephonic
9. Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service, and handle and resolve all concerns
10. Build and maintain profitable relationships with all the customers
11. Understand the products/service offering key customers requirements and address them with product/service offering
