Customer Relationship Management Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
2. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners
3. Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
4. Work in alignment with processes on digital strategy building
5. Work on retention of existing revenue as well and growing new service lines
6. Work on account penetration & product penetration
7. Drive revenue enhancement in the accounts through effective account management, along with retention of the existing revenue
