Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat).
2. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
3. Assist customers with product-related queries, troubleshooting, and guidance on using our platform.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of Zoconut's products and services to provide accurate information.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer feedback is communicated and acted upon.
6. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
