1. Understand the diverse customer base of EAI and its divisions for climate consulting, education, and climate tech startups. These customers will be in the domains of Renewable energy, Energy efficiency, Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles, Organic Food, Waste Management, Water Sustainability, and Low Carbon Materials
2. Collect feedback from customers, analyze them, and help our product management and leadership team provide new services and support solutions.
3. Learn about the key needs of the above customer segments, and also the main business offerings from EAI for each of these segments
4. Brainstorm with EAI team members on what can help the customers be delighted, over and above being satisfied with our offerings.
5. Interact with customers to test out some innovative business offerings as well as new customer service initiatives.
6. Provide support to create more efficient and effective systems for developing strong bonds with current customers and business prospects.
