About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling customer queries, and providing chat, voice, and email support
2. Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
3. Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
4. Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
5. Escalating users' unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Requirements:

1. English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken)
2. Are available for a duration of 3 months - work from the office (mandatory)
