About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the first point of contact for influencer inquiries, providing quick and effective solutions
2. Guide new influencers through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
3. Address and resolve common platform issues influencers may face
4. Collaborate with the team to identify recurring challenges and suggest process improvements
5. Support other customer success and platform initiatives as needed
