About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with customers and partners to understand and identify issues, providing technical assistance in the setup, integrations, and usage of the Engati platform.
2. Debug any application workflow errors reported by users, ensuring that they are fixed promptly and with high quality.
3. Work with internal engineering and business development teams to research, solve, and empower customers to reach their full potential.
4. Guide customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they have resolved a technical issue.
5. Document technical knowledge through notes, manuals, and FAQs.
6. Log all customer conversations, prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously, and follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Other requirements

1. Seek an individual with immense energy and a strong affinity for working with customers to solve their critical issues.

2. Hold a B.Tech degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields. Consider BCA, MCA, or similar degrees with exposure to technical skills in debugging and problem-solving.

3. Demonstrate the ability to reason, think critically, and identify problems, collaborating with teams to design, estimate, and deliver effective solutions. Exhibit strong communication skills.
