About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, the company website, and social media platforms.
2. Perform initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and the role.
6. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
7. Update and maintain the candidate database and applicant tracking system with accurate and current information.
8. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on recruitment activities.
9. Assist in understanding client requirements and job specifications.
10. Communicate with clients to arrange candidate interviews and gather feedback.
11. Support the recruitment team in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
12. Earn certifications in relevant skills.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

2. Demonstrate a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

3. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Showcase strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Achieve proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Exhibit familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools (preferred but not required).
