As a Customer Delight Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience with Monrow Shoes. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our brand.
1. Responding to customer inquiries using our tool via email, chat, comments on different channels, and phone in a problem-solving and professional manner
2. Assisting in resolving customer issues, including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries
3. Collecting and reporting customer feedback to help improve products and services
4. Gaining a deep understanding of Monrow Shoes' products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
5. Assisting the Customer Delight team with initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, including refunds, order tracking, conversation trackers, and status
